Frequently Asked QuestionS

It depends on different variables such as the experience and expertise of the trainer, the frequency and length of your commitment and the level of detail to your programming. With this in mind it is best to have a no obligations discussion with one of our trainers to find which package is best for you.

Our trainers understand that some clients will require their sessions as early as 5AM and for some clients as late as 8PM. Usually the session times depend on the availability of both the client and their trainer.

We are exclusively a Private and Semi-Private studio. The reason for this is to ensure our clientele and trainers can conduct their sessions without interruptions from external influences such as gym patrons with a ‘membership’.

By narrowing our clientele to a selected niche market, we can then continue to refine our services to its optimal level to deliver our clients the very best results possible. This cannot be achieved by trainers who ‘train everybody’ as their systems and programming are forever changing before they get the chance to find out what works the best for their clients.

Yes.

Along the Belgrave and Lilydale lines, Box Hill Station is a simple 10 minute walk from our
front door while the 612 (Mordialloc to Box Hill) and 903 (Altona to Mordialloc) buses
frequently stop just outside our building.

Yes. There are four allocated parking bays on site and also ample street parking but that
will rarely be required.

Yes. In fact it is more important that you seek advice from a skilled and experienced fitness professional before commencing any program. This will allow you to begin your fitness journey with a significantly reduced risk of injury and allow you to follow a program tailored to your unique capabilities.

We ask all of our clients to bring;
● A drink bottle and workout towel for each session.
○ There is a spring water refill station at the facility and each client receives a
workout towel upon joining the team.
● Wear comfortable clothes for easy movement.
● A great attitude to learn and develop themselves.

Yes. All cancellations must be at least 24 hours prior to the session for the session to be rescheduled. In exceptional, unforeseen circumstances the trainer can discuss a rescheduling of the session but is not obliged to do so.

There are packages that can support this request, though this may also be constrained if the partners/friends have different goals and/or are at different levels of capability, in which we may advise both partners/friends to work with trainers individually

Our approach to training our clients is far more thorough and deliberate than bootcamp style sessions and quite simply, we have found that Bootcamp and HIIT style sessions tend to lead most clients towards injury rather than functionality. Our screening process informs us of all considerations required to prescribe and execute a program that is tailored to your goals and capabilities.

We certainly don’t yell at clients as we respect that all (clients and trainers) under the roof are sharing the facility. We inspire our clients to work on the edge of comfort and challenge, meaning we meet you where you’re at and push a little more to seek improvement. Though
yes, this does take hard work!

    Dane brings his extensive knowledge and experience from years in management positions in the Health Food and Fitness Industries. These include Nutrition Warehouse, Muscle Chef and a popular fitness centre with more than 1000 members.

    Through this time, Dane has been ahead of industry trends and understands the challenges of adapting a healthy routine into a busy lifestyle. He became the go-to guy for advice that cuts through the hogwash and produces results.

    Ben is a sharp fitness enthusiast with an extensive background in both academic and physical accomplishments in the fitness industry. Achievements that include a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science from the Australian Catholic University, won three State Gold Medals in Powerlifting and also mentored by the high performance manager of the Parramatta Eels (NRL).

    His greatest asset is his organisation to track his clients progress to ensure incredible results and problem solve issues through deepening his clients’ relationships.
